A year ago, I was writing about my experience from styling the photo shoot for the Women As Treasure Collection by Eleni Kyriacou in the old mining city of Lavrion. Little did I know that the collection would rise so much in demand that the designer would decide to keep it as a permanent Red Carpet collection on her website.
The initial concept of the collection was that of the woman emerging as treasure; the dresses starting to reveal her, through transparencies and glimmering metallic fabrics.
The collection is typical of Kyriacou’s signature mix of sheer, metallic and iridescent fabrics and contrasting textures to create high fashion statement pieces with an artistic twist.
Special occasion or red carpet event, it’s up to you how you can shine like Treasure.
