Ningaloo Coast included in UNESCO’s World Heritage list

Ningaloo Reef in Western Autralia is a heaven on earth for snorkellers and sea nature lovers.

Famous for its whale sharks, 500 species of fish, 300 species of coral, turtles, sponges and almost every kind of marine life, the Ningaloo Coast was officially included Friday 24th June in UNESCO’s World Heritage list. Hopefully, the decision will mark a milestone to a decade-long conservation battle over the building of a luxurious resort near the Reef.
