When I bought this leather skirt and shoes, what I had in mind was the fetish trend we saw on the Louis Vuitton, Giles, Emilio Pucci, Ferragamo, Givenchy and Alexander McQueen catwalks for A/W 2011-12. Black leather and PVC met corsets and lace in some of the sexiest collections of the season.
At the moment that I tried to style my black leather skirt and platform stilettos though, I felt like adding more of a cute, less of a mistress-dominatrix attitude to the outfit. So I added a bold color and a pretty cartoon. What do you think? The same styling could also work with a pencil leather skirt.
