The greek version of “Idol” reached its final show and announced this season’s winner some days ago, so, at this point, I’d like to share with you my visit to the backstage of one of their Live shows back in May.
My employer, SIGMA TV Cyprus, works in collaboration with ALPHA TV Greece (yep, both letters of the greek alphabet, is that a coincidence? LOL!) so they sent me to meet the contestants and interview especially the Cypriot participant. People working for the production of the show were very helpful and polite, making sure I would meet everyone I needed to for my stories. The contestants were all so talented, I was amazed by their on-stage performance I wish all of them become successful singers, because they are trully worth it. The greatest surprise of the evening was meeting and interviewing Albano Carrisi, a legend of italian music of the last half century.

Cypriot contestant Maria Theodotou and I. I loved the pink stretch mini dress I wore to show, a creation of greek fashion brand "Toi et Moi". The peplum under my waist flattered my figure where it most needed it and the fabric is very firm, excellent quality, which feels this dress will survive my wardrobe for years to come. And all this for only 89 euros.
