Quick and easy party recipes from “How to cook in high-heels”

Are you having friends coming in for a snack and drinks but you’re running out of time, money and inspiration? No prob. Sasha Parker and Korin Nolan will show you “How to cook in high-heels” within a minimum of time and effort.
The following video is from the Motorola Style Workshop at Britain’s Next Top Model Live Show 2010, where I first met the girls a year ago.
There’s a whole 5 minutes of cooking demonstration, during which, Sasha and Korin will have prepared 4 diffrent party recipes. My favourite one is the gazpacho vodka shots – alcohol mixed with veggies to avoid hangover.

1. & 2. Thai Chicken Chicory
Chicory Leaves as a base
& for the filling:
Bean roots
Precooked chicken breast
Pomegranates
Coriander
Tuna
1/4 lime juice
Ground lemongrass
A few drops of fish stock
or
Red chilli
Mango
Lime
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
3. Gazpacho vodka shots
Red tomatos, peeled
Green peppers
Cucumber
Onion
Bread crumb (1 slice)
Vinegar
Olive oil
Vodka
Water
Shrimps on toothpicks to top the glasses
4. Smoked Salmon Pates
Smoked salmon stripes
Finely cut chives
Cream cheese like Philadelphia
